Profile Title: Executive Assistant Intern

Roles and Responsibilities:- 

  • Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external.

  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Managing executives’ calendars and setting up meetings.

  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements.

  • Racking daily expenses and preparing weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.

  • Overseeing the performance of other clerical staff.

  • Acting as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.

  • Formatting information for internal and external communication – memos, emails,presentations, reports.

  • Organizing and maintaining the office filing system.

Skills Required:- 

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines).

Roles and Responsibilities:- 

  • Researching and writing long-form content on various relevant topics.

  • Researching and evaluating competitor marketing with a focus on content.

Skills Required:- 

  • Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
