Job Description:
Profile Title: Human Resource Intern

PIONEER MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS are Professional HR Consultants & Manpower Providers to the Automobile, Manufacturing, FMCG, Service Industry, Real Estate and Pharma.

Eligibility: All Courses; 2nd & 3rd Years

Stipend: 

Business Development Executive - Performance-based (1K per new client acquisition)

Human Resources - Performance based (2K per mandate closure)

Social Media Marketing - Performance-based

Duration: 3-6 months

Nature of Opportunity: Work from home (Full-time - 45 days)

                                                                      (Part-time - 45 days)

Date of Commencement: June

Roles and Responsibilities:- 

  • Identify and recruit prospective candidates using a variety of channels.

  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.

  • Conduct confidential interviews, checking references and credit. Research into clients' companies, competitors and the marketplace.

  • Create map role criteria, define position description and document specifications.

  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.

  • Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references check.

  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.

  • Client Follow-up throughout the process , client relationship management.

  • Candidate Relationship Management

Profile Title: Business Development Intern

Roles and Responsibilities:- 

  • Generate new B2B leads, identify, and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up & outbound cold calls & emails.

  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.

  • Understand customer needs and requirements. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

Skills Required:- 

  • Proficient in english.

  • Good financial knowledge.

Profile Title: Social Media Marketing Intern

Roles and Responsibilities:- 

  • Conceptualizing, planning, executing, implementing, & monitoring campaigns of social media marketing strategies.

  • Preparing roadmaps for social media marketing campaigns.

  • Conducting market research on the topic assigned, SWOT analysis of current practice.

  • Identifying the trending activities.

  • Coordinating with the Marketing Head for calendar approval.

  • Managing social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

  • Identifying and leveraging social media influencers in the domain.

  • Coordinating with content writers for content curation and the graphic designer for social media.

  • Planning and scheduling social media posts for the channels.

  • Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.

  • Using analytical tools to monitor & evaluate the company's social media presence & performance.
