Stipend:
Business Development Executive - Performance-based (1K per new client acquisition)
Human Resources - Performance based (2K per mandate closure)
Social Media Marketing - Performance-based

Generate new B2B leads, identify, and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up & outbound cold calls & emails.

Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.

Understand customer needs and requirements. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
