 Profile Title: Marketing Intern

Roles and Responsibilities:- 

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to increase awareness and engagement with the NGO's mission.

  • Creating and distributing promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and email newsletters.

  • Coordinating and participating in events and activities to increase brand visibility and reach.

  • Analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborating with external stakeholders and partners to leverage their networks and reach.

   Profile Title: Fundraising Intern

Roles and Responsibilities:- 

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising plan to meet the organization's financial goals.

  •  Researching and identifying potential funding sources, including foundations, corporations, and individual donors.

  • Writing and submitting grant proposals to secure funding from foundations and corporations.

  • Managing relationships with existing donors and sponsors to ensure their continued support.

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create fundraising campaigns and materials that effectively communicate the organization's mission and impact.

Roles and Responsibilities:- 

  • Building and maintaining relationships with external organizations and stakeholders, including NGOs, government agencies, and private sector partners.

  • Identifying new partnership opportunities that align with the organization's mission and goals.

  • Negotiating and managing partnerships to ensure they are mutually beneficial and achieve desired outcomes.

  • Representing the organization at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the organization's mission.

  • Coordinating joint initiatives and programs with partners to maximize impact and reach.

  • Monitoring and evaluating partnerships to ensure they are meeting expectations and achieving desired outcomes.

    Profile Title: JOSH Intern

Roles and Responsibilities:- 

  • Conducting research and analysis to support the development of effective programs and initiatives aimed at promoting women's entrepreneurship education and sustainability.

  • Developing and implementing programs and initiatives to achieve the organization's mission and goals.

  • Evaluating program impact and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and ensure program effectiveness.

  • Collaborating with external partners and stakeholders to leverage their expertise and resources to support program goals.

  • Communicating program results and impact to stakeholders, including funders, partners, and participants.

    Profile Title: Graphic Designing Intern

Roles and Responsibilities:- 

  • Design visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.

  • Collaborate with marketing, fundraising and other teams to ensure that designs meet the needs of the project and support the overall marketing strategy.

  • Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.

  • Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations that help deliver a desired message.

  • Work with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Creative Suite) to produce various designs.

  • Research and gather information about the target audience and design concepts to create appealing designs.

    Profile Title: Website Development Intern

Roles and Responsibilities:- 

  • Work with the website development team to maintain and update the organization's website.

  • Assist with coding and programming, testing, and debugging of websites.

  • Participate in website design and layout discussions, offering suggestions for improving the user experience.

  • Help with website content creation, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Perform regular website maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
